One of the best tools I own. In the beginning i found a few problems with the export features and state list. I called the company and was amazed that it was a small company. I believe I spoke with the owner/developer. At any rate the problem was rectified within a few days. They released a new version which addressed my issues. Best customer service I have ever seen.
