I&#8217;m not a skater, nor a Sk8r, nor a photographer inclined to action-y things, but being in the mix, under threat of kicked out boards and lawless aerials<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"imageblock\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/julianbleecker\/4244044854\/\" title=\"Sunday January 03, 16.09.24 by JulianBleecker, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2692\/4244044854_40bf270c61.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"357\" alt=\"Sunday January 03, 16.09.24\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"imageblock\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/julianbleecker\/4303129692\/\" title=\"Saturday January 23 18:23 by JulianBleecker, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2697\/4303129692_7afe8f6dd9.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"365\" alt=\"Saturday January 23 18:23\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"imageblock\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/julianbleecker\/4325499126\/\" title=\"Saturday January 30 14:52 by JulianBleecker, on Flickr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm5.static.flickr.com\/4047\/4325499126_4ce29e910e.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" alt=\"Saturday January 30 14:52\" \/><\/a>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>makes the park an invigorating and challenging photography playground \u2014 and quite addictive.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t want to attempt a rough-shod bit of metaphor-stretching \u2014\u00a0or at least not too much \u2014\u00a0to try and rationalize sharing this *non sequitur of a post, except to say that, as pertains the last photo, I have been obsessed with these moments when something tried..fails. The failure has this curious, no-fear character to it. Trying the thing that seems impossible, over and over again. Getting closer, or moving away from the original idea and into something else, &amp;c. It&#8217;s never a failure out right, at least as I see it through a viewfinder.
