Yesterday, I attended roby‘s presentation of his masters thesis dissertation about PDA’s interaction styles. His experiment showed that the virtual keyboard was the most used feature to interact with the PDA. Users (even expert) seems to prefer this tiny keyboard compared to graffiti, jot and the transcriber.
